We also promise not to overload the servers with accounts as ultimately this would be detrimental to the level of service we can offer. |

If your site is not up for 99.9% of the time in any calendar month then we will refund you the cost of that month.* It's as simple as that!
* Does not include scheduled downtime for system upgrades where notice has been given. |

Just contact us within 30 days from registration informing us of your decision to leave and you will receive a full refund on the cost of your Hosting Plan. Please note that we cannot refund the cost of domain name registrations.

If we ever increase the spec of a plan you have signed up for we will automatically upgrade your plan to the new spec, free of charge!
