This page is being secured by SSL, or Secure Sockets Layer, you may notice that the address bar has now changed and shows "https://" instead of "http://"
It's also likely that the universal padlock symbol has appeared in the bottom right of your browser
This means information traveling between your machine and our server is being encrypted and cannot be intercepted.
Shared SSL
Each one of our servers has an SSL certificate which we share free of charge with you so that you can login to your cPanel and check your Webmail securely or write your own code that uses it.
Usage
Specify the URL in your code as
https://servername.krystal.co.uk/username
so for example
https://aphrodite.krystal.co.uk/~username
Shared SSL has one aesthetic drawback, the URL isn't your company's. If you're planning on conducting e-commerce or perhaps have clients that need to enter personal information and you want them to see your company URL in the address bar instead of one of our server names then you'll need a Dedicated SSL Certificate.

If you're interested in having a dedicated certificate then you will need to have a hosting plan and domain name on our servers and purchase a dedicated IP (because you can only have one SSL host per I.P). Below is a brief cost summary.
