Upgrading your Hosting Plan
Is easy, quick and takes into account what you've already paid
Our business model is based on the number and type of accounts per server so as to ensure we don't oversell or crowd them. As such we don't offer bandwidth or hard disk overages.
If you nearing the limits of any resources on a consistent basis you'll need to upgrade to the next plan.
N.B. we are a personal and understanding host! If you've had a one off particularly busy month or have reached a limit at the end of the month please contact us and we'll most likely just unsuspend you without the need to upgrade.
Upgrading
Should you need to upgrade this can be done very easily through your client area (www.krystal.co.uk/client)
Once logged in simply click on the "Web hosting plans in your account View/Edit" link and then select the "U" for the package you want to upgrade, as the image below shows.
