Ultra resilient hosting Our load balancing solutions provide ultra high availability for your data. The service is especially useful for thin client networks, such as CITRIX, where applications are stored on the server and accessed remotely. At a time where working form home is becoming increasingly popular, can you afford to have your work force unable to access their applications due to network downtime? If the answer is no, then load balancing may be perfect for you.
-
High AvailabilityLoad balancing works by adding an extra layer of abstraction between the router and the backend server that your data sits on. When requests are received, the load balancing software (in our case Zeus) determines the optimal backend server that should be accessed by assessing the load, process activity and resource utilisation levels. Should one of your dedicated servers fail, the load balancer will forward all requests to the remaining servers. The end result is a seemless failover that goes unnoticed by the end users.
-
Fast and EfficientBecause all requests are passing through an extra node on the network, and extra processing is required for read/write access, it is important that the specification of the load balancing servers is high. Therefore we only use load balancers with 64GB RAM and Solid State hard drives for extremely fast data transfer allied with 8 CPU cores of processing power. The end user will have a pleasurable experience with minimal delays and fast turnaround times.

Even more secureOur network has been designed with security as an upmost priority and all Krystal servers and hosting packages are protected. Unlike a standard dedicated server, in a load balanced architecture the end user never interacts with the servers on which your data is stored giving you even more security for your data.

And of course...You still get all of the standard selling points of hosting with Krystal. Your data will be hosted in an ultra-secure ex MOD bunker datacentre outside of the M25. You'll have a 1Gb backplane so you can send and receive data to other servers in our network without using your bandwidth allocation. You'll benefit from having multiple upstream internet providers for connectivity redundancy and you'll have around the clock dedicated support for problem resolution.
