Recently I was faced with the prospect of finding hosts for three websites and getting control of their domain names. I was recommended a cheap webhost which resulted in a frustrating lack of communication. In the course of the to-ings and fro-ings I encountered Krystal Hosting where, to my relief, I was treated as a human being even if I wasn't a client. I decided to try them with one of the sites and am pleased to report that there is always someone at the end of an email (or a phone, I understand) to help in a really friendly way with problems.
