    Like a dedicated server, but at a fraction of the cost! A VPS (Virtual Private Server) is a virtualised partition of a physical server and to the webmaster it behaves in exactly the same way as a full dedicated server. Unlike shared hosting plans where the Operating System and server configuration is shared, in a VPS setup the webmaster can choose the OS, have full SSH and shell access and is free to customise the partition as requirements dictate. It is therefore the perfect solution for those that have niche requirements but don't have the budget or require the resources that a full dedicated server offers.
  • The Choice is Yours
    The choice is yours You can install any Operating System you prefer, including CentOS, Fedora Core, Debian, FreeBSD, Gentoo, Ubuntu and cPanels such as WHM and Plesk. You can create an unlimited number of hosting accounts, email addresses, FTP accounts, are able to edit your apache configuration and have access to mail servers.

    VPS Setup Experienced webmasters and server technicians may wish to install the Operating System and configure the server themselves, however our "Ready2Go" optional extra may benefit those less experienced who require consultancy and need the VPS to be configured and setup by a member of the Krystal Team.
