Step 1 - Choosing your hosting Plan

The first thing you'll want to do is choose the correct web hosting plan. Chances are that if you're just starting out, then you won't need anything more than our smallest plan, but it's worth checking - as if you're planning on hosting a large number of photos or video then it may not be big enough for you. The good news is that you can upgrade at any time without penalty.

Step 2 - Choose your Domain Name

Once you've picked the plan the first question it will ask you is what you intend to do for the domain. For new domains you can search now and select your primary domains. If you've already been searching and found the one you want then select it from your cart. Transfers, whether full or name server only should select the appropriate box and enter the domain.

Step 3 - Checkout

Follow the rest of the steps and complete your order, this will provision your hosting account within at most 5 minutes, and send you your Welcome Email, which you'll need to go forward. (p.s Keep it somewhere safe!)

Step 4 - Upload and Configure Your Site

Using the information in your welcome email upload your files to your new web space (in the public_html folder) and setup your email accounts through your cPanel. If you're not doing a migration you're done! Welcome to Krystal! :)

Migrators have 1 more step, read on....

Step 5 - Domain Transfers and Migrations

Test that everything is as it should be by going to the preview URL referenced in your welcome email.

Once you're happy with how your site looks you can change your nameservers. It'll take a variable amount of time for DNS ropogation to occur but before it does email and visitors will go to your old site, and after to your space with us, so no one will be disturbed.
