Automated Account Transfers

If your current hosting account is cPanel based then we can most likely transfer your account for you - free of charge. All you need to do is raise a support request at support.krystal.co.uk giving us your existing cPanel login details and your Krystal client account login email address.

Our technicians will try to copy over your entire cPanel account including all of your websites, e-mail addresses and databases.

If we are unable to transfer the account directly from your server, then you can follow this guide for transferring a website into Krystal. Never panic, because we're on hand to ensure you complete the transfer as smoothly as possible.

Manual Web Hosting Transfers

If you are currently using a host who runs a non-cPanel based system, then you’ll need to move your account manually.

If you are going to be moving your website to us, retaining the same website address, then regardless of the kind of website it is (WordPress, Joomla, Magento etc.) the general methodology is quite similar. Transfer assistance and business continuity

At Krystal, we price ourselves in understanding the needs of our business customers. While you may prefer your own developers to undertake the installation/transfer of your website to our servers, we are on hand to offer advice on migration, testing and production deployment.

Whether you wish to use our email services, a third party email provider, or your own local mail server such as Microsoft Exchange (Small Business Server), we can offer advice and work with you to ensure your migration goes smoothly and does not incur any unnecessary disruption.
