What's in the Client Area?
You can:
- View your complete payment history / status
- Set your domains / hosting accounts to renew or expire
- Upgrade / downgrade your hosting plans
- Add credit card to file for automatic renewal
- Manage DNS for your domains
- Change the nameservers for your domains
- Create / edit domain profiles
- Quickly and efficiently purchase new products

Client Area and Hosting Accounts Relationship
Note that the client area is customer-centric and is primarily the billing interface between the Client and the Krystal billing system. One client area can be linked to an unlimited number of domains and hosting accounts.
Client Area username and password
The client area username is specified by the user. This should not be confused with the cPanel username of your hosting packages - they are two separate things. The cPanel username is automatically generated by our system, whereas you choose exactly what your billing username should be.
