You can manage the DNS records of your domain only if you have a generic TLD. These are:

• .COM
• .ORG
• .NET
• .INFO
• .BIZ
• .EU.COM

.CO.UK DNS Management

If you have a .co.uk domain (or similar UK TLD variant) and you would like to change the DNS records for that domain, then you'll need to submit a support ticket. We are currently building an interface that will allow you to have complete control over your .uk DNS records and apologise for the inconvenience of having to go through the helpdesk to make a change.

Generic Domain DNS Management

These are the steps to follow to manage your DNS zone file for a domain:

1. Login to your client area and click "Manage Domains" in the sub menu "Domains"

2. Click "M" underneath the domain that you wish to manage

3. Click "Edit DNS Records" in the side menu

4. Add/Remove/Edit the DNS records

5. Remember to click "Save Changes"
