Domain profiles are especially useful if you are buying domains on behalf of other people. For example, a web design company will often use a number of domain profiles so that domains are purchased in the name of the customer.

Creating a new Domain Profile

Follow these simple instructions to create extra domain profiles.

1. Log into your billing area at krystal.co.uk/client

2. Click on "Domain Profiles" in the "Domains" sub menu

3. Click "Add new profile"

4. Fill out all the details on screen

Please note you can also set the default nameservers as part of the domain profile. For example, all domains purchased on behalf of client x can have the nameservers automatically defaulting to nameserver1.domain.com and nameserver2.domain.com.

Purchasing Domains with your Profiles

When you purchase your domains, be sure to choose the correct domain profile for the domain. Otherwise the wrong registrant details will be sent to the registrar and we will need to manually update online on your behalf.
