How often does Fantastico Update?

When Fantastico provider Netenberg release an update, it is run through an automatic cron job on our servers oer night. The updates includes the latest stable installs for all scripts and doesn't affect current installations on that server.

For security reasons, it is sometimes worth going back into Fantastico after you have installed to upgrade your script to the latest version. Some scripts, Content Management Systems especially, are targetted by hackers and the vendor launches regular updates to combat this.
